Headed in the lone goal in a 1-1 draw against Ohio State on Oct. 13...Scored the dramatic second-overtime game winner at No. 5 Northwestern on Oct. 6, bouncing a header into the net to earn Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week honors...Shot the game-winning goal in a 2-0 victory against UIC on Oct. 1...Scored MSU's first goal of the season against Western Michigan in the fifth minute of the game, his first of four game-winning goals of the season, to kick start a 4-0 rout of the Broncos on Sept. 1...Named to the College Soccer News and TopDrawerSoccer.com National Team of the Week on Dec. 1... 2012: Third Team NSCAA All-Great Lakes Region ... First Team All-Big Ten... Led the team and was second in the Big Ten with 22 points... His team leading eight goals was good for third best in the Big Ten... Scored a goal in all three games of the Big Ten Tournament, and was named offensive player of the tournament... His six assists were a career high and the second best total on the team ... Opened his season scoring at Bowling Green (8/29), scoring MSU's first goal in a 2-1 win ... Had MSU's only score against Marquette in the Big Ten-Big East Challenge game (9/16) ... Had assists against Western Michigan (9/21) and Northwestern (9/30) for a three-game point-scoring streak, his second-longest of the season ...Scored MSU's only goal in a tough 2-1 loss at Penn State (10/14) .. . Put back a rebound for MSU's second goal in a 2-0 shutout win over Wisconsin (10/21) ...Assisted on two of Jay Chapman's three tallies in a 3-1 home win over eventual National Champion Indiana (10/28) ... Started 14 of the 18 games in which he appeared ... Led the Spartans in scoring with five goals and five assists (15 points) ... Had points in seven of MSU's final 11 games ... Had one assist in a 3-0 victory at New Hampshire (9/4) ... Netted his first collegiate tally in a 1-1 tie at eventual Big Ten regular-season and tournament champion Northwestern (9/24) ... Scored MSU's only goal in a tough 2-1 loss to Ohio State (10/2) ... Scored a late goal to help the Spartans sink Wisconsin-Milwaukee (10/4), and assisted on Mark Barone's tally early in the match ... Netted MSU's game-tying tally as the Spartans rallied from a two-goal deficit to earn a tie at Indiana, 2-2 (10/23) ... Assisted on both MSU goals in a 2-1 victory over Western Michigan (10/26) ... Assisted on Rubin Bega's game-winner in the 86th minute as MSU stunned Akron, 1-0 (11/2). The Spartan victory ended the defending National Champions' 48-game home winning streak ... Scored the Spartans' lone goal in a loss to Indiana, 2-1, in the Big Ten Tournament quarterfinals (11/9).
Prior to MSU: Named to the NSCAA All-Region team and ESPN RISE Fall Preview Mid-East Starting Eleven, and was unanimously selected as District Player of the Year as a senior...Selected to the All-State First Team his senior and junior seasons...Earned All-District First Team recognition as a sophomore...All-District Honorable Mention his freshman year... Captain in both his junior and senior seasons ... Holds high school single-season and career records in wins, goals, assists, and points ..District Runner up as a freshman ...
