Went 12-9 in singles competition with one win in conference play and 5-16 in doubles competition ... Won eight of his first 10 singles matches to open the season ... Won four consecutive doubles matches from Jan. 29 to Feb. 6 with Ivan Rakic and Colin Harvey ... Defeated Matej Svjetlicic of No. 69 Western Michigan in three sets ... Defeated No. 72 Iowa's Jonas Larsen in a third-set tiebreaker to clinch the final match of the regular season and first Big Ten victory for the Spartans.
