Spartans Pick Up Three Wins in 2012 Opener

MSU faced off against three teams in a round-robin format, improving to 3-0 for the dual season.

2010-2011:
Posted a 5-2 record in singles play, with victories in the No. 5 and 6 positions ... won five consecutive matches in dual play ... Earned a doubles victory over DeHerra and Stump of Valparaiso 8-3.

Prior to MSU:
Three year letterwinner at Portage Central High School ... Helped Portage Central to a state championship in 2007 ... Also won states in one doubles in 2007 ... Won states at two singles in 2008.
