EAST LASNSING, Mich. - The Spartans men's tennis team wrapped up play in Tulsa, Okla. at the ITA All-American Championships yesterday, Oct. 2. Aaron Pfister and Drew Lied lost in the first round of doubles action at the championships.

Pfister and Lied fell to Ace Matias and Bernard Schoeman of UNLV, 8-5.

In the qualifying round of singles action, Pfister lost to Nikita Fomin of George Washington in straight sets, 7-5 and 6-1.

Michigan State is back in action on Oct. 5 when it travels to South Bend, Ind., to compete in the Tom Fallon Invitational hosted by Notre Dame.
