2003 OUTDOOR: Placed sixth at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships in the decathlon with 6,318 points, including third-place finishes in the 110 hurles, 400, 1500 and pole vault ... second in the pole vault at the Bronco Open (15-3 3/4) ... 10th in the javelin at the Jesse Owens Track Classic (147-6) and 14th at the Gina Relays (145-7) ... also placed 19th in the long jump at the Gina Relays (21-4 3/4). 2003 INDOOR: Placed third at the Chippewa Open in the pole vault (15-5 3/4) ... finished second at the Michigan Quadrangular in the pole vault 15-7 ... placed fourth at the Red Simmons Invitational in the pole vault (15-0) ... tied for eighth at the EMU Classic in the pole vault (15-0) ... finished 11th at the Big Ten Indoor Championships in the pole vault (15-1) ... also competed in the 60-meter hurdles, finishing ninth at the Red Simmons Invitational (9.02) and fourth at the Notre Dame dual (9.59). 2002 OUTDOOR: Did not compete. 2002 INDOOR: Vaulted 15-1 three times, including at the Notre Dame dual (second place), the Meyo Invitational (fifth) and the Missouri Invitational (seventh) ... placed 23rd at the Nittany Lion Challenge (14-9) and fouth at the Chippewa Open (14-5 1/2). HIGH SCHOOL: As a senior earned all-state honors for indoor pole vault and 4x200 ... all-state outdoor honors in 4x100 ... all-area and all-country in football ... personal best in pole vault senior year 15-0 1/4.
