2003 OUTDOOR: In his only race of the season, placed 16th in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Hillsdale Gina Relays (9:35.10).

2003 INDOOR: Season-best mile run time of 4:23.91 while placing seventh at EMU Classic ... also competed in the mile at the Notre Dame dual (4:32.95 - 10th), the Meyo Invitational (4:27.09 - 17th) and the Big Ten Championships (4:28.04 - eighth in his heat) ... ran in the 800 at the Red Simmons Invitational, placing 15th in 2:04.12.

2002 OUTDOOR: Did not compete.

2002 INDOOR: Competed in two races during the indoor season ... placed 11th at the Notre Dame dual in the mile with a time of 4:29.64 ... finished 17th in the mile at the Meyo Invitational (4:34.92).

2001 OUTDOOR: Finished second in the 3000-meter run at the Jesse Owens Track Classic with a time of 8:30.26 ... second place in the 1500 at the Notre Dame Quadrangular in 3:58.17 ... season-best 1500 time of 3:55.14 placed him 13th at the Len Paddock Invitational ... finished 14th in the 1500 at the Alabama Relays (3:55.34) ... 14th in the 1500 at Mt. SAC (4:04.16) ... competed in the 5000 at the Big Ten Championships, finishing 23rd (15:29.79) ... placed fifth at the Michigan Triangular in the 800 (1:55.57).

2001 INDOOR: Won the 3000-meter run at the Spartan Invitational with a time of 8:49.08 ... placed 11th at the Meyo Invitational in the 3000 in 8:29.95 ... ran the mile at the Big Ten Championships, placing 10th in 4:13.41 ... also ran the mile vs. Notre Dame, finishing fourth (4:18.05).

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned three letters in cross country, four in track and field and four in basketball...served as captain of all three squads during his senior year...finished 14th at the Michigan Class B cross country finals, earning all-state honors...member of the 1998 Lansing State Journal Dream Team...named MVP as a senior, while setting a school record on the Haslett home course...three-time all-league honoree...1997 academic all-state cross country honoree...recipient of the 1999 Ingham County League Scholar-Athlete Award.
