2006 (Indoor): Ran a team-best indoor time in the 1,000 meters with a 2:23.70 in the prelims at the Meyo Invitational...placed second in the finals of the same event...also ran MSU's top time of the season in the mile with a 4:07.61 at the Iowa State Classic to finish fifth...placed seventh in the mile at the Big Ten Championships. 2005 (Outdoor): First place in the Central Michigan Invite in the 1500 (3:56.75)...place 14th in the Sun Angel Invite 1500 (3:50.03)...fifth-place finish at the EMU Twilight in the 1500 (3:50.39)...third-place at the Hillsdale Relays in the 1500 (3:52.2)...took 13th at the Big Ten Championships in the 1500 (3:52.40)...fifth-place finish in the Len Paddock Invitational in the 1500 (3:49.19). 2005 (Indoor): Took second in the Notre Dame Invite in the mile (4:12.22)...third-place in the Meyo Invite in the 1000 (2:25.11)...a member of the Distance Medley Relay team that set a school record and placed second at the Iowa State Classic with a time of 9:39.64. 2004 (Outdoor): Took first in the Notre Dame Opener in the 800 (1:58)...fourth-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:46.27 at the Notre Dame Invitational...ran a 1:53.44 to finish 11th in the 800m at the Jesse Owens Classic. 2004 (Indoor): Redshirt. High School: A member of the 2001 4x800m relay team that captured the Indiana State Champion and was national runner-up during the indoor season...was part of the All-American 4x1600m relay team in 2001...Michigan Division II 800m state champion in 2002...as a senior captured Michigan D-II 1600m state champion and repeated as Michigan D-II 800m state champion...placed seventh at outdoor nationals in 2K steeplechase in 2003...netted a 13th-place finish at USATF Jr. Nationals in the 800...currently holds Michigan record in the 2,000-meter steeplechase (6:12.59).
