2005 (Outdoor): Placed seventh in the discus at the CMU Invite with a toss of 142-6 and sixth in the shot put with a throw of 49-1 1/2...placed eighth in the discus at the EMU Twilight (145-4)... took 16th in the Hillsdale Relays in the discus (147-8)...finished 17th in the discus at the Big Ten Championships (155-4).

2005 (Indoor): Took 15th at the Kentucky Invitational in the shot put (49-2 1/4)...fifth in the Notre Dame Invitational (50-0)...finished 13th at the Meyo Invitational (49-6 1/4)...fourth in the Jack Skoog Invitational (50-8 3/4)...placed 13th at the Big Ten Championships (50-3 1/4).

2004 (Outdoor): Finished 23rd at the Stanford Invitational in the discus (140-6) and 21st in the shot put (46-4 1/4)...Jesse Owens Classic: placed ninth in the shot put (50-3 1/4)...Len Paddock Invitational: finished sixth in the shot put (49-6 1/4)...Big Ten Championships: finished 22nd in the discus (138-5) and 15th in the shot put (48-11).

2004 (Indoor): Placed fourth in the CMU Invite in the shot put 49-3 1/2...finished sixth in the Notre Dame Invitational in the shot put (49-11)...placed first in the shot put at the EMU Classic (52-8 3/4)...took 16th in the Big Ten Championships in the shot put (50-1 1/4).

2003 (Outdoor): Placed sixth in the shot put at the Bronco Open (47-11) and the Hillsdale Relays (season-best 50-3 1/4)...at the Bronco Open, also finished 10th in the hammer throw (131-7) and 12th in the discus (143-8)...at Hillsdale, also finished 18th in the discus (141-0 3/4) and 32nd in the hammer (135-7 1/2)...threw the shot 50-2 1/2 to tie for 10th at the Jesse Owens Track Classic...eighth in his flight in the discus at the Big Ten Championships (136-2).

2003 (Indoor): Competed in the shot put, tossing a season-best 49-3 1/2 to place third at the EMU Classic...also third at Notre Dame dual meet (46-9 1/2), and eighth at both the Chippewa Open (44-11) and Red Simmons Invitational (44-9 3/4)...ninth at the Michigan Quadrangular (48-0 1/2), 13th at the Meyo Invitational (45-2 1/4) and 17th at the Big Ten Championships (46-11).

2002: Redshirted.

High School: Lettered in track and field all four years (1998-2001)...also lettered in football (1999, 2000) and in basketball (2000)...football co-captain (2000)...all-state in the discus...all-conference and all-region in shot put and discus...team MVP field events...senior year, ranked second in the state in discus (159-11) and fourth in the state in the shot put (52-7 1/2).
