Results

RENO, Nev. - The Michigan State men's track and field team sent its pole vaulters to Reno, Nev., to compete at the 2005 Pole Vault Summit.

Junior Brad Gebauer was the top competitor for MSU, placing third in the top collegiate section with a height of 5.25m (17-2 3/4), surpassing his winning vault from the Kentucky Invitational by two inches.

Senior Mike Palmer cleared 4.85m (15-11), while senior Chris Hohn and freshman Tommy Stornant both vaulted 4.55m (14-11 1/4) for MSU.

The Spartans will compete at the Notre Dame Invitational Saturday, Jan. 29.
