In the premier matchup of the evening, Brian Picklo (Sr., Saginaw), ranked No. 4 at 190, defeated No. 3 Tim Hartung 2-1 in a double-overtime tie-breaker. The victory is Picklo's fifth this season over ranked opponents.

With his victory this weekend, Morgan improved his Big Ten record to a perfect 16-0 this season...After his defeat of Hartung, Picklo has now beaten five ranked opponents, including Nos. 1 and 3, both of whom were undefeated. His Big Ten record now stands at 13-1.

Selected Michigan State dual meets will be televised on a tape-delayed basis by PASS Sports this season. The next televised dual will be the Oklahoma dual, at 1:00 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 20.
