2004-05: Went 2-4 competing at the North Carolina Open and the Midlands Championships...Won his first two matches at the N.C. Open over Aaron Holt of North Carolina, 7-2, and Scott Ervin of Applachian State by sudden victory, 2-0.

2003-04: Finished 3-7 overall in split time between 157 and 165...Was plagued all year by a shoulder injury suffered at the EMU Open (11/1)...Won first two matches of the season before suffering the injury.

2002-03: Redshirted...Took first place honors at the Muskegon C.C. Open.

Prep: Four-year letterwinner under Robert Emerick at Lake Central High School...Led team to a ninth-place showing at the state championships...Had a combined 159-14 record in high school with two individual state championships...Amassed a 92-0 record with 44 pins during his junior and senior years...Eight-time freestyle and greco state champion...Four-time A.A.U. national champ...Part of Team Indiana three times at Fargo Nationals...Names his father as his biggest wrestling influence.
