Spartans, Fighting Scots will begin dual at 7 p.m.

2012-13 (Freshman) 18-9 Overall, 18-9 Open Tournaments: Placed in four different events on the year and finished with a record of 3-2 against Big Ten schools including a 5-1 victory over Michigan's Cory Lester ... Finished first at the EMU Open with a perfect 5-0 record ... Then took a third place finish at the MSU Open with a 4-1 record ... Finished 0-2 at the Harris Open ... Competed in the UNI open with a record of 1-2 ... Finished in third place at the Purple Raider Open with a record of 4-1 ... Placed third at the Greyhound Open and went 4-1.

PREP: Is a three-time California state place winner ... Was a 2012 California state finalist ... Placed third at the 2012 High School National All-American tournament ... Finished his senior season with a record of 51-2 with 38 pins ... Was named to the 2012 High School All-American team by InterMat at 120 pounds ...
