EAST LANSING, Mich. - The No. 12 Michigan State wrestling team lost to the No. 1 Oklahoma State Cowboys, 24-10, Friday night at Jenison Wrestling Arena. MSU slips to 8-9 on the season, while Oklahoma State improves to 19-0 and extends their winning streak to 44 dual meets.

Senior captain David Morgan, No. 1 at 118 pounds, defeated No. 3 Teague Moore by a score of 10-5 to give the Spartans a 3-0 lead, and No. 6 Pat McNamara increased the Michigan State advantage to 7-0 with a 13-2 major decision over Jeff Ragan. OSU then won the next six matches to grab a 21-7 lead and take control of the match. MSU got a 7-5 win from Nick Muzashvili at 190 to close the gap to 21-10, but the Cowboys No. 12 Ben Lee won a 2-1 overtime tiebreaker over Matt Lamb to make the final 24-10.

The Spartans host their final home dual meet of the season Sunday, taking on the Indian Hoosiers at 1 p.m.
