Father, Ben Davis, was a power forward who played collegiately at Kansas and Arizona and was selected in 1996 NBA Draft (second round/43rd overall) by the Phoenix Suns; he played from 1996-2000 with both the Suns and New York Knicks as part of a 13-year professional career that also included stops overseas, as well as in the CBA and ABA ... Pursuing a master's degree in journalism.
