EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan State women's basketball team adjusted themselves to the West Coast today and prepared for tomorrow's NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 battle with Iowa State. The Spartans, only the third No. 9 seed to advance to the Sweet 16, and the No. 4-seed Cyclones tip at 9:02 p.m. ET on Saturday.

MSU began the day by fulfilling its media obligations with the press in attendance and with ESPN. The Spartans then took part in an open practice at Hass Pavilion before moving over to the University of San Francisco for a short closed practice. After dinner and some film, Michigan State gathered together to watch the men's basketball team knock off Kansas and advance to the Elite 8.
