Placed 46th at the Michigan PGA Women's Open at Crystal Mountain Resort ... Advanced to match play at the Michigan Women's Amateur ... Placed 13th at the GAM Championship at the Port Huron Golf Club.

Tied for 22nd at the GAM Championships at Gull Country Club with a 157 (77-80) ... Participated in the Michigan Women's Amateur.

Finished runner-up at the 2010 Michigan Lower Peninsula Division 1 Finals held at Eastern Michigan University's Eagle Crest Course; tied for first after two rounds with a 150 (77-73), the best two-round total during her high school career, but lost on the first playoff hole . . . I grew up around golf, but I started playing competitively when I was 10.

What course did you learn to play on?
Forest Akers Golf Course in East Lansing, Michigan.

Favorite golf memory?
Making a birdie on the 17th hole at my senior year of states to tie for the lead.

Best thing about playing golf at MSU is...
Everyone on the team and continuing to play golf at a higher level.

My 4 hybrid because it's a great utility club; I can hit it well out of the rough and the fairway.

Dietetics because I believe it's important to live a healthy lifestyle and I want to learn more about how to do that.
