Tied for 17th at the GAM Championship, held at the Port Huron Golf Club ... Participated in the Michigan Women's Amateur and the Michigan PGA Women's Open.
Four-year letterwinner in golf ... Three-time all-conference selection (2008-10) and two-time conference champion (2009, 2010) ... Two-time captain ... Named one of the top 10 golfers to watch in the Grand Rapids area three straight years ... Placed second at the 2010 MHSAA Lower Peninsula Division 3 State Championships held at Forest Akers East on the MSU campus, just one stroke shy of first place (155); her individual performance led Grand Rapids Forest Hills Eastern to a state title ... Also finished second at regionals ... Took eighth at the 2009 MHSAA LP Division 3 State Championships and helped Grand Rapids Forest Hills Eastern to a runner-up finish ... Favorite golf memory?
The state tournament my senior year. Receiving second place individually and first place with my team felt unreal. I had always wanted to do well at the state tournament and senior year I finally did. That tournament definitely showed me how hard work does pay off.
Best thing about playing golf at MSU is...
Getting to play the sport I love with a team that is so welcoming, at a school that is right for me.

My 8 iron. Whenever I practice my swing, I always practice with my 8 iron, so I have become so used to it. It is my most reliable club.
Favorite thing to do besides golf?
Draw and Listen to Music.

Pre-med or Human Biology; I have chosen pre-med because from watching my dad in his office and even while he is performing surgery, I have realized that I when I am older, I want to be doing the same thing, saving peoples' lives.
