Finished runner-up in the Indiana State Amateur with a 219 (75-73-71) . . . Tied for 11th among amateurs and 33rd overall at the Michigan PGA Women's Open (74-76-78--228).

2013-14 - Junior
Competed in seven tournaments and collected a career-low 76.84 scoring average, which ranked fifth on the team . . . Ranked fifth on the team with 33 birdies . . . Carded a career-low 220 (72-73-75) and tied for 18th place, her first career top-20 finish, at the Regional Challenge in Palos Verdes, California . . . tied for 45th place at the Mary Fossum Invitational with a 235 (78-76-81) . . . Shot a 230 (80-72-78) at the Tar Heel Invitational to tie for 74th place . . . Tied for 52nd at the Landfall Tradition (75-79-79--233) . . . Tied for 47th place at the Central District Invitational (74-74-77--225) . . . Tied for 62nd place at the Bryan National Collegiate (77-76-82--235) . . . Also competed in match play at the Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic.

Summer 2013
Along with teammate Liz Nagel, won the fourth annual Pure Silk Women's Collegiate Team Championship at the Wedgewood Golf & Country Club in Powell, Ohio; Witherby and Nagel captured the title by shooting a three-round total of 5-under-par 283, four shots ahead of Louisville's Emily Haas and Laura Restrepo ... Witherby and Nagel led the event wire-to-wire after shooting a 1-under 71 during the alternate shot first round, a 5-under 67 during the best ball second round, and a 1-over 145 during the aggregate score third round ... Tied for 36th place at the Michigan PGA Women's Open with a 227 (76-73-78), which was 10th best among amateurs.

2012-13 - Sophomore
Qualified for the starting lineup eight times and compiled a 77.64 scoring average (1,941 strokes in 25 rounds) ... Placed a season-high 12th at the Mary Fossum Invitational with a career-low 224 (73-76-75) ... Tied for 26th in her first appearance at the Big Ten Championships with a 230 (80-77-73) ... Also qualified for the starting lineup in the NCAA Central Regional and the NCAA Championships ... Shot a career-low 71 in the second round of the NCAA Championships.

Summer 2012
Teamed up with Liz Nagel to tie for fifth place with a 2-over 290 at the Pure Silk Women's Team Collegiate Championship ... Tied for sixth at the GAM Championship ... Tied for 18th at the Michigan PGA Women's Open; placed fifth among amateurs ... Advanced to the second round of the WWGA 112th National Amateur Championship at Monroe Golf & Country Club.

2011-12 - Freshman
Compiled a 80.33 scoring average (723 strokes in nine rounds) during three tournaments . . . Earned a spot in the starting lineup in her collegiate debut at the Texas A&M MoMorial (Sept. 131-5) and carded a 247 (85-76-86) . . . Tied for 25th at the Mary Fossum Invitational (Sept. 17-18) with a season-low 233 (75-81-77) . . . Was in the starting lineup for the Landfall Tradition (Oct. 28-30) in Wilmington, N.C., and shot a 243 (83-79-81).

Four-time Indiana High School Athletic Association First-Team All-State honoree . . . In four years of high school golf, was a medalist 46 times in 67 career tournaments and compiled a 73.0 scoring average . . . Also a four-time All-North Central Conference selection . . . Tied for seventh at the 2010 IHSAA Finals her senior year with a 154 (73-81) . . . Won medalist honors 14 times out of 19 tournaments her senior year, with six rounds in the 60s, and compiled a 71.2 scoring average . . . Her lowest career tournament round was a 64 . . . Won medalist honors at the U.S. Girls qualifier and finished runner-up at the International Junior Golf Tour (IJGT) TPC Tampa Bay Tournament in March 2010 . . . Won the 2008 state title as a sophomore, tying the course record with a 143 (66-77) and setting an 18-hole IHSAA tournament record with a 66; also won the sectional title that season . . . Shooting 71 at Nationals my sophomore year and then the team finishing in the top ten!

How do you mark your golf ball and why?
With a big green flower because I love flowers and there is no mistaking it's mine. I also write ao1 on the line that says prov1.

Best thing about playing golf at MSU is...
Playing for such a successful team and school that I am just crazy about. And of course all of the amazing experiences I have had here!

Favorite club and why?
My wedges because my short game could always be better and because I love practicing with them, I could do it all day.

Favorite thing to do besides golf?
I love art!

I have all kinds of music but recently it's been a lot of country!

Favorite article of clothing?
I have a pair of pants that have elephants all over them... Definitely my favorite!

I first beat my Mom or Dad in golf at the age of...?
They don't play much so I don't think they ever have. But my dad is pretty good at putting so we have some pretty mean putting competitions.

What's your major and why?
Advertising and I am specializing in design. I would like to be able to do something with graphic design one day.

In 10 years, I will be...
Hopefully married with a family and making it big playing professional golf!

Dream Vacation?
I love Hawaii! But I have never been out of the country so I think anywhere in Europe would be awesome too!

If I could play any course in the world, it would be...
I have always wanted to play Augusta National. I love the Masters and that golf course is just perfect!
