Women's Golf Adds Yurika Tanida for 2017-18
Yurika Tanida is currently ranked the No. 26 golfer in the class of 2017 by the AJGA.
EAST LANSING - Michigan State women's golf head coach Stacy Slobodnik-Stoll announced Wednesday (April 12) that Yurika Tanida has signed a National Letter of Intent to join the Spartans for the 2017-18 season. Tanida is a native of Kanagawa, Japan, and is currently attending high school in Florida.
"We are thrilled to be adding Yurika to the Spartan Family this fall," Slobodnik-Stoll said. "She is a wonderful competitor and a very kind young woman. Yurika was a perfect fit for us; she has big dreams athletically and academically and we look forward to helping her reach all of them."
