The Michigan State women's soccer team wrapped up the regular season on Friday afternoon with a senior day tribute for lone senior Kelsey Mullen.


MSU 1, Michigan 2

The comeback fell short for the Michigan State women's soccer team on Thursday, as the Spartan fell to No. 21 Michigan, 2-1 at DeMartin Stadium.


MSU 3, Minnesota 0

The MSU women's soccer team shut down Minnesota on Friday afternoon when MSU beat the Gophers 3-0.


MSU 5, Milwaukee 2

The Spartans, who improve to 2-0, won 5-2 against the Panthers.

2014: Finished the season first in the conference with 114 saves...Second in the conference with a .851 save percentage...Earned Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week honors twice (Aug. 25) and (Sept. 3)...Posted shutouts at Purdue (Oct. 11) at Maryland (Sept. 21) at Oakland (Sept. 2) against EMU (Aug. 29) at Cal State Fullerton (Aug. 24)...Had a scoreless streak of 462 minutes over a span of six games in which the Spartans went 6-0-0...Made a season high 13 saves in a season opening win at San Diego State (Aug. 22)...Made 10 saves to help the Spartans pick up their first Big Ten win of the season against Nebraska (Oct. 5)...Academic All-Big Ten Selection.

2013: Academic All-Big Ten Selection ... Finished the season tied for third in the Big Ten in saves per game at 4.50 ... Eighth in the Big Ten in save percentage at .771 ... Saw action in 12 games, starting 11 for a combined total of 980 minutes ... Posted two shutouts against Buffalo (Aug. 23) and Minnesota (Sept. 27) for the Spartans during the season.

2012: Made 71 saves and owned a 1.10 GAA and .772 save percentage... Had a scoreless streak of 316 minutes over the span of four games in which the Spartans went 3-0-1... Ranked fourth in the Big Ten with four shutouts on the season... Recorded three straight shutouts against Oakland (9/5), Eastern Michigan (9/9) and Western Michigan (9/12)...Owned a 6-1-1 record in non-conference play to go along with a 0.49 GAA during that same stretch...Made a season-high six saves in four different games...Academic All-Big Ten selection.

2011: Recorded nine saves in three games as a redshirt freshman... Owned a 1.26 GAA and .692 save percentage and posted one shutout on the year... Awarded Big Ten Defensive player of the week on September 12th... Earned Academic All-Big Ten Honors.

2010: Did not see game time.

Prior to MSU: Starting goalkeeper for Williamston since her freshman season...First Team All-State honors in her last two season...Named to the Lansing State Journal Dream Team in 2008 and 2009...Received All-League, All-Region, and All-Academic honors in her last three seasons...Led the Hornets to the State Championship game in 2008 and the regional finals in 2009...Her club team the Michigan Hawks Black made four consecutive state cup finals appearances...Involved with the OPD team since 2004 and has been on the region pool team since 2007.
