The Michigan State women's soccer team wrapped up the regular season on Friday afternoon with a senior day tribute for lone senior Kelsey Mullen.


MSU 1, Michigan 2

The comeback fell short for the Michigan State women's soccer team on Thursday, as the Spartan fell to No. 21 Michigan, 2-1 at DeMartin Stadium.


MSU 3, Minnesota 0

The MSU women's soccer team shut down Minnesota on Friday afternoon when MSU beat the Gophers 3-0.


MSU 5, Milwaukee 2

The Spartans, who improve to 2-0, won 5-2 against the Panthers.

2013: Academic All-Big Ten Selection ... Competed in 18 games with a total of 16 starts ... Posted a goal against Minnesota (Sept. 27) ... Earned five assists and seven points on the year.

2012: Played in 18 games, starting in 17 for the Spartans... Fourth on the team in points with eight... Recorded three goals and two assists on the season... Had a two goal game in the season opener against Bowling Green (8/17)... Had assists in games against Loyola (8/24) and Michigan (10/10)... Academic All-Big Ten selection.

2011: Played in 21 games in her freshman... Recorded both a goal and an assist in her first season.

Prior to MSU: A member of the ODP State Team from 2007-2010... Also named to the 2010 NSCAA Youth All Region Team... A member of the ODP Region II Regional Team from 2007 to 2009... Was recognized as All-District freshman, sophomore and junior years... Named All County in 2009 and 2010... Napped to the 2009 DI All State Second Team... In 2009, was part of the U17 U.S. National Team Player Pool... Named a 2009 Adidas ESP All Star Player... Was a District Champion freshman through junior year... Sophomore year was a MHSSA State Finalist... A regional champion her freshman and sophomore seasons... In 2009 was a U16 Michigan State Cup Champion and in 2010 was a U17 Michigan State Cup runner up.

Personal: Born on July 7, 1993... Daughter of Michael and Leslie Marsack... Plans on majoring in physical therapy and sports medicine.
