EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan State women's soccer team is unbeaten this spring with a 3-0-1 record. The Spartans most recently defeated Team Ontario, 2-0, in East Lansing on Monday. MSU has also defeated Western Michigan, 4-1, on April 7, tied Notre Dame, 0-0, on March 27 and shutout Oakland, 3-0, in their first game on March 20.

"We are pleased with the progress that we've made so far in our spring season," said MSU head coach Tom Saxton. "Several of our young players have stepped up and made the most of their opportunities. We hope to finish strong in our final two matches."

The Spartans head to Toledo on Friday for a 1 p.m. game and then wrap up their spring schedule on April 23 at home against Central Michigan at 4 p.m.
