5/12/2012 Softball Celebrates Senior DayThe Michigan State softball team finished the 2012 campaign with a doubleheader against Indiana on Saturday (May 12). Representative of the season, the Spartans fought until the very end, but the coin didn't flip their way as they fell to Indiana 6-5 in both outings. 5/11/2012 Softball Edged by Indiana 4-2The Michigan State softball team played host Indiana in the first of three games on Friday (May 11) at Secchia Stadium in East Lansing, Mich. The Spartans played well in all three phases of the game, but couldn't overcome the deficit and fell to the Hoosiers 4-2. Senior Ali Grant led the offensive charge for MSU, posting doubles in all three of her at-bats. 5/11/2012 Softball Closes Out Regular Season With IndianaThe Michigan State softball team will wrap up the 2012 regular season when they host Indiana. The final series of the year will begin on Friday (May 11) at 5 p.m. ET and will conclude with a twinbill on Saturday (May 12) at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. Saturday's matchup will mark Senior Day at Secchia Stadium and will be aired live on the Big Ten Network 5/7/2012 Monday's Softball Game Against IPFW CancelledThe scheduled softball game at Secchia Stadium on Monday between Michigan State and IPFW has been cancelled because of inclement weather in the Greater Lansing area.
