Softball Kicks Off Eight-Game Home Stretch with WMU

The Spartans will conclude the 2012 season with eight-straight home games beginning with WMU on Thursday (May 3).

2011: Academic All-Big Ten ... Third-team All-Big Ten selection ... Started 47 of the 52 games she appeared in ... Appeared at bat 144 times, good for fourth most on the team ... Recorded the fifth highest total runs scored on the team with 25 ... Finished fourth on the team in batting average (.319) ... Hit home runs against Valparaiso (March 25), Illinois (March 26), Iowa (April 10) and Northwestern (April 13) ... Led the team with 12 doubles for the season ...
