1999: A Second-Team All-Big Ten selection...started 62 games and was fifth on the team with a .286 average...struggled with a shoulder injury for part of the season...was third on the team with 34 RBI and second with five home runs...had a .492 slugging percentage...had 15 multiple-hit games and a team-best 10 multiple-RBI contests...hit her fifth homer of the season in NCAA Regional win over Cornell (5/21) to become just the third player in school history to record 100 RBI...currently ranks third all-time with 101 to her credit...tied for 7th in the Big Ten with 13 doubles and was 2nd with five triples...hit .500 (6-for-12) with five RBI and four doubles in three-game series against Northwestern (4/24-25)...was 3-for-6 with two RBI and provided the game-winning hit in the bottom of the 11th inning in 5-4 win over Florida State (3/28)...was 2-for-3 with three RBI and a homer against Central Michigan (4/13) to become MSU's all-time leader in home runs.

1998: Earned NFCA Third-Team All-America honors, becoming just the fourth player overall and the first-ever sophomore in Spartan history to earn All-America recognition…a Second-Team All-Big Ten honoree…named to First-Team All-Great Lakes Region squad…started 53 games at shortstop and one contest at first base…led the team with a .347 batting average, good for sixth on the MSU single-season chart…her 60 hits ranks ninth on Spartan seasonal chart….singled to center in the third inning of MSU's third game with Minnesota on May 3 for the 100th hit of her career…tied single-season record with 47 RBI, good for fourth in the Big Ten…had 24 extra base hits and a .607 slugging percentage (4th in the Big Ten)…tied for eighth in the Big Ten with 12 doubles and was fourth in the league with nine homers, good for second on the seasonal chart…led the conference in sacrifice flies with five...had a career-high four hits against Illinois State (Feb. 21)…tied the then single-game record with five RBI against the Redbirds…had 18 multiple-hit games and 14 multiple-RBI contests…had four or more RBI five times…had season-best seven-game hitting streak from April 19-25…went 3-for-4 with two doubles, one home run and four RBI in win over Indiana (4/8).

Pre-MSU: A four-year letterwinner for coach Mel Joseph at Lake Shore High...four-time first-team all-area and all-academic, three-time first-team all-county and all-district honoree...also honored as an all-state honorable mention selection her sophomore season...team captain and MVP in 1995 and 1996...guided the Shorians to district championships her freshman and sophomore years and a league championship her sophomore season...a decorated four-year letterwinner in basketball and a four-year varisty volleyball player...earned all-conference and all-county honors in basketball and volleyball...also garnered all-state honors in hoops...involved in student government and the D.A.R.E program...played summer ball with Compuware (18-and-under), coached by Al Giroux...Compuware advanced to the 1996 ASA 18-and-under nationals.
