Thursday's Softball Game Against Western Michigan Rained Out

Inclement weather forced a delay in the bottom of the fourth inning.

Thursday's game against Western Michigan was cancelled because of inclement weather.

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The softball game between Michigan State and Western Michigan on Thursday was rained out due to inclement weather in the Greater Lansing area. The game was halted at 6:08 p.m. in the bottom of the fourth inning.

The game will not be rescheduled.

The Spartans will return to Secchia Stadium on Saturday, May 5 when they host Northwestern in a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m. ET.
