Michigan State women’s tennis travels to Northwestern for its first fall tournament of the season.
Finished with a 15-10 singles record and went 17-11 in doubles… Tied for first on the team with the most doubles wins at 17.
Spring 2018: Had a 12-9 singles record, including an 8-5 mark in conference play, playing all matches at the No. 1 and No. 2 positions… Had two wins against ranked opponents as she defeated No. 105 Lee Or of No. 13 Northwestern (4/7) and No. 83 Asuka Kawai of No. 11 Illinois (4/8) at No. 2 singles… Paired with Sara Kuuttila for most of the season in doubles as the duo posted a 9-7 record in dual season.
Fall 2017: Singles – Had a record of 3-2 in singles play… Qualified for the main draw of the 2017 ITA Division I Women’s Midwest Regional Championship…Went 3-0 at the Louisville Tennis Classic. Doubles – Compiled a record of 7-3 in doubles… Advanced to the Round of 16 at the Midwest Regional Championship with partner Sara Kuuttila… Also had a record of 2-2 at the Wildcat Invite with partner Kuuttila… Went 4-0 at the Louisville Tennis Classic with partners Kuuttila, Aslina Chua and Lexi Baylis.
