Freshmen have strong performance at first fall tournament.


Women’s Tennis Begins Fall Campaign at Wildcat Invite

Michigan State women’s tennis travels to Northwestern for its first fall tournament of the season.

2017-18: Sophomore

Had a 1-3 singles record and went 3-1 in doubles.

Spring 2018: Did not compete.

Fall 2017: Singles – Had a record of 1-3 in singles play… Competed at both the Wildcat Invite and Louisville Tennis Classic… Defeated Kirsten White of West Virginia at the Louisville Classic. Doubles – Compiled a 3-1 record in doubles with partner Caroline Szabo, with wins coming over duos from University of Illinois at Chicago, Chicago State and Lewis University at the Wildcat Invite.

2016-17: Did not compete.

Prior to MSU:
 Four-year All-State First team contender from Wyoming's, Sheridan High School, winning four consecutive state championships at number one singles... Held a perfect 58-0 record during her high school career...Recipient of the Nikos Riddle USTA Intermountain Section Award... 2015 Intermountain Summer Sectional Sportsmanship Award... 2013 and 2015 Wyoming USTA Junior Tennis Player of the Year,... 2014 Wyoming USTA Junior Sportsmanship of the Year Award... Valedictorian of her graduating class.

Personal: Daughter of John and Armella Fenn... Mother played collegiate volleyball at the University of Wyoming...Majoring in chemical engineering.
