Women's Tennis Defeated by Wisconsin
The Spartans fell to the Badgers, 5-2, on the road.

EAST LANSING, Mich. - Michigan State women's tennis was edged by Wisconsin on Sunday afternoon, 5-2. MSU is now 10-8 on the season and 0-3 in Big Ten play.
The Spartans took the doubles point with wins on courts two and three. Seniors Nicole Herzog and Michaela Silesova edged Katie Hoch and Anastasia Tripolskay at the No. 2 spot, 8-6. At the third slot, sophomore Julianne Gruber and freshman Emily Meyers picked up a win as they posted 8-6 against Helen Rabot and Lauren Burich.
Silesova picked up the only singles point as she dropped the competition, 6-2, 6-4, on court six.
The Green and White returns home next weekend to face Indiana and Purdue as they continue Big Ten competition. On Saturday, March 30, the Spartans face the Hoosiers at 1 p.m. and on Sunday, March 31, they face the Boilermakers at 12 p.m.
