2003:Fifth at Notre Dame in the 300m (10:14.35)...Ninth at the Big Ten Championships in the 5000m (17:17.80)...22nd at the Stanford Invitational in the 10000m (35:19.12)-set new personal-best time. 2002:Fourth in 5,000 at Nittany Lion Challenge...Sixth in 3,000 at Meyo Invitational and 13th at Big Ten Indoor Championships...Eighth in 10,000 at Big Ten Outdoor Championships 2001:Took 28th in the Mt. Sac Relays in the 10,000m. 2000:Did not compete during the outdoor season...Placed in top five of all four races competed in indoor...Seventh in Big Ten Indoor Championship at 5,000 meters...NCAA provisional qualifier in 3,000m and 5,000m...Second at the Michigan State Open in the mile (5:07.20)...Three third-place finishes: Notre Dame Quadrangular meet in the 3,000m (9:59.46), Michigan Intercollegiate in the 3,000m (9:55.48) and Iowa State Track Classic in the 5,000m (16:51.84). HIGH SCHOOL:Three-year letterwinner for the Panthers...Placed fourth in Ontario as a senior and was named the Most Dedicated Senior Athlete in the school...Named to the Ontario Cross Country Team as a junior, winning team gold at the Canadian Cross Country Championships, while placing 14th individually...Also participated in soccer and cross-country skiing...National Honor Society member.
