2002 • Earned All-American honors by finishing 11th in 3,000-meter steeplechase at NCAA Outdoor Championships in 10:26.81 • Won the steeplechase at Big Ten Outdoors with a school-record time of 10:14.51 • Fifth in the 1500 at Big Ten Outdoors (4:29.25) • Won the 1500 at the WMU Invitational (4:35.41)

2001 • Took third at Outdoor Big Ten’s in the 5,000m (17:12.16) and fifth in the 10,000m (36:18.95). • Ran an NCAA provisional time (10:27.85) in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Cardinal Invitational. • Ran an NCAA provisional qualifying time (9:33.46) during the indoor season in the 3,000m at Iowa State. • Third at Indoor Big Ten’s in the 1-mile run and fourth in 5,000m. • Fourth in the 3,000m steeplechase in the Mt. Sac Relays. • 16th in the 5,000m at the Stanford Invitational, running NCAA provisional qualifying time. • Third in the mile run at the Meyo Invitational. • First in the mile run at the Red Simmons Invitational.

2000 • Medical redshirt.

1999 • Won the 1,500m in a season-best 4:36.29 at the Len Paddock Invitational. • Second in the 1,500m and third in 3,000m at the Botts Invitational. • Seventh in heat one of the 1,500m at the Big Ten Championships. • Won the 3,000m in a triangular against CMU and Toledo (10:08.96). • Twice finished fourth in the mile, at the Michigan Quadrangular and at the Michigan Intercollegiate.

HIGH SCHOOL • Four-time letterwinner in track. • Four-time all-state and Dream Team honoree in ’97 and ’98. • West-Pac Conference MVP in ’97 and ’98. • Team finished the ’97 and ’98 seasons ranked No. 1 in the Upper Peninsula. • Was a member of the Upper Peninsula 1,600m and 3,200m relay champions for four years. • UP champion in the 800m and 1,600m her junior and senior years. • Holds school records in the 400m, 800m, 1,600m and 3,200m, as well as 1,600m and 3,200m relays. • Also had an outstanding cross country career, lettering as a sophomore and junior • Won the UP Finals and led team to No. 1 UP ranking in her only two seasons of competition, setting a new course record each time • Also earned three letters in volleyball and basketball. • Captained the hoops team as a senior
